The complete A-to-Z virtual telesales training system. Scripts, carriers, licensing, dialer setup, objection handling, and a proven growth roadmap — everything you need to write your first policy and build a career selling final expense insurance from home.
Most agents fail in this industry because they run out of people to call. That will never happen here. We provide you with a completely free, unlimited outbound lead supply — so your only job is to dial, present, and close.
Before you start, make sure you meet these baseline requirements to join the Final Expense Elite virtual telesales program.
A reliable computer (PC or Mac), high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps), headset with noise cancellation, and a dedicated quiet workspace.
A clean background is required to obtain your insurance license. Certain felony convictions may disqualify applicants — check NIPR.com for your state's specific requirements.
This is a full-time opportunity. Expect to dedicate 40+ hours per week during the first 90 days. Part-time producers may have reduced lead allocations.
Your pre-licensing course is covered by the agency at no cost. Plan for your state exam fee, state license applications, E&O insurance (~$30/month), and the $200/month dialer seat fee. Total startup investment typically ranges $400–$800.
Must be available on Slack, Zoom, and email during business hours. Daily check-ins are required during the first 90 days. Must attend weekly team calls.
Our top producers follow the script and trust the system. New agents who deviate from the proven process consistently underperform. Be open to daily feedback.
You need a Life & Health insurance license in the following states to access our full lead pool. Your home state license is your first step — then add the non-resident states below.
The agency covers the cost of your pre-licensing course — it's on us. Once your application is approved, you'll receive login credentials to your pre-licensing platform. Most states require 20–40 hours. Complete the course and pass the final exam to receive your certificate before booking your state exam.
Use Pearson VUE or PSI Services (check your state's DOI website). Book your exam within 1–3 days of completing pre-licensing. Exam fee: $40–$85. Choose a testing center near you or a remote proctored option.
Focus on: Term Life, Whole Life, Annuities, Medicare Supplement basics, insurable interest, policy riders, and state regulations. Use ExamFX practice tests daily. Study the "SimExam" section — it mirrors real exam questions. Target score: 85%+ on practice before sitting.
Go to NIPR.com. Submit your license application within 30 days of passing. You'll need your exam certificate, SSN, background authorization, and application fee. Processing takes 1–10 business days depending on state.
Once your home state license is active, apply for all non-resident states through NIPR.com. Most non-resident applications are quick and straightforward — no additional exam required. Budget 1–2 weeks for all approvals.
Errors & Omissions insurance is required before contracting. E&O for independent agents runs approximately $30/month. Your agency manager will provide the recommended E&O provider when you complete onboarding. Submit proof with your contracting paperwork.
You'll receive contracting links through our agency. Complete your carrier appointments for each company listed in the Carriers section. This takes 3–7 business days per carrier. You cannot submit applications until contracting is approved.
2 hours of pre-licensing content per day. Complete the course in 5–7 days. Then spend 2 full days doing nothing but practice exams. If you score 85%+ consistently, you're ready. Your course access will be provided by the agency after your application is approved.
These 11 states give you access to our full lead inventory. Your home state is covered separately — these are the non-resident licenses you need to purchase.
We have two tracks depending on where you are in the licensing process. Both paths lead to the same destination — a full-time income selling final expense from home.
If you're currently unlicensed OR not yet contracted in a specific state, the Jr. Broker Program lets you start earning right away while you work toward full agent status. You work the leads, build rapport, and close the client — your manager steps in to type up the policy and collect the signature. Simple, clean, and effective.
Our free lead program is one of the most powerful competitive advantages you have as an agent. Rather than spending $30–$50 per lead like most agents, your only cost is the $200/month dialer seat fee. Here's how it works:
Once you've demonstrated consistent production and are writing $15,000+ AP monthly, you can unlock access to live transfer inbound calls from our partner network. These are warm, pre-qualified callers — the highest-quality leads available.
Follow this exact sequence to go from licensed and contracted to dialing and closing within 7 days. No shortcuts. No skipping steps. Every day matters.
Your contract level increases automatically as your issued production grows. Start at Level 65 and work your way to Level 100 — the more you issue pay, the more you earn on every single policy.
Enter your monthly issued AP to see your estimated commission at your current level.
AP stands for Annual Premium — the total yearly value of a policy. It's the standard unit of measurement for life insurance production.
Client pays $80/month for a final expense policy.
$80 × 12 = $960 AP for that one policy.
Write 15 policies at $80/mo → $14,400 AP that month.
Submitted AP = what you write on the call.
Issued AP = what actually gets approved and placed by the carrier.
Your comp level is based on Issued AP only — policies that are submitted but not issued do not count toward your level.
